The program provides participants with access to personalized mentorship from a curated pool of experienced TIBA Mentors, carefully selected for their expertise, industry experience, and commitment to developing others. MentoQuest is structured to guide participants through a year of learning, reflection, accountability, and practical application.

The program runs from January to December each year.
Participants meet with a mentor every quarter. Mentors are selected from a curated pool of 8–10 experienced mentors. Participants may work with different mentors each quarter or remain with one mentor throughout the year. Participants also have ongoing access to their mentor throughout the year.
Monthly book reviews, opportunity sharing, access to learning resources, professional and business communities, and personal development support.
There will be a pool of 8–10 mentors across different industries and expertise areas.
The annual fee is $200.
Yes. Participants may pay monthly ($20 per month), biannually, or make a one-time annual payment.
TIBA Mentoquest is primarily online. However, there will be onsite graduation for learners who successfully finish the program.
Mentee should notify Moderator ahead of time when possible
TIBA Mentoquest is growth-focused rather than certificate-driven however, participants who actively complete the program will receive a certificate of participation. Our certificates carry the seal of ACTD-USA as an accredited learning Instittute.
Yes. All mentorship discussions and shared information are treated as confidential. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of mentors and fellow mentees.
